Graphia vzw is an association aiming to promote graphic small scale art, especially the exlibris. The society organizes exchA?Ö?u?ange meetings for exlibris-collectors and contests for the exlibris-artists. Dates and more information can be found under the "agenda" section. In order to inform its members about the evolution in this matter, Graphia publishes a journal.
The journal of Graphia vzw. is published three times a year. Each issue contains 32 pages. It is a real art journal, printed on quality paper and containing 60 to 70 excellent reproductions each time. Each issue also contains an insert with original prints, sometimes even in colour. The richly illustrated texts present the works of lots of artists, give an historical survey of the matter and analyse the ex-libris from a content and thematical point of view. It is one of the richest documentation materials about exlibris art written in Dutch. However, thanks to the french and english summaries and the german translation it gets internationally spread.
On the site there are also informations by and about the members.

Graphia vzw è un'associazione che ha per scopo la promozione della grafica di piccolo formato, specialmente l'ex libris. L'associazione organizza incontri di scambio per collezionisti e premi per gli artisti. Nella sezione "Agenda" trovate date e altre informazioni. Per informare i soci, Graphia pubblica un giornale.
Il giornale di Graphia vzw è pubblicato ogni quattro mesi. Ogni numero è di 32 pagine. E' un giornale d'arte, stampato su carta di qualità e contenente ogni volta tra 60 e 70 riproduzioni d'alto livello. Ogni numero contiene stampe originali, talvolta a colori. I testi sono illustrati riccamente e presentano i lavori di numerosi artisti; inquadrano gli argomenti da un punto di vista storico, tematico, di contenuto. E' una delle fonti di documentazione più ricche sugli ex libris, in olandese. In A?Ö?u?ogni caso, grazie al sommario in inglese e in francese, e grazie alla traduzione in tedesco, è diffusa internazionalmente.

It was our dream to revive the Exlibris life in Bulgaria, which was not so active in the last years. Artists working in this area, are with high experience, having a lot of awards, etc. We made the first step, having an International Exlibris Center, which will be responsible about different projects related with the bookplate life not only in Bulgaria, but abroad.
With this website we would like to establish the relationship between Bulgarian Artists & Collectors and their colleagues from other countries; to encourage the collectors in Bulgaria, which are not so much as we would like to be and of course to present different aesthetic creations of the Bulgarian artists & art critics, etc.»

Gli artisti che si cimentano in questo campo sono esperti e hanno ottenuto numerosi riconoscimenti. Il Centro Exlibristico Internazionale è un primo passo. Il Centro si occuperà di diversi progetti inerenti l'eA?Ö?u?x libris, non solo in Bulgaria ma anche all'estero.
Con questo sito Internet vorremmo mettere in contatto gli artisti bulgari con gli altri artisti della comunità internazionale, oltre che con i collezionisti; incoraggiare i collezionisti bulgari, che non sono così numerosi come vorremmo; e naturalmente presentare alcune delle creazioni degli artisti bulgari, interventi critici, e via dicendo.»
