Customer Service.

As a Publishing House owned by an Ex Libris enthusiast, both collector and etching experimentator, we are happy to answer your questions about the books we sell or we have under development. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

You can order with confidence. We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or a refund - itís your choice. Under the Italian law, you have 10 (ten) days after the delivery to return the good. Artifex extends this limit to 20 (twenty) days. What to do if you want your money back? Just send back the book and a letter in which you say that you no longer want the book and that you want your money back.

Order processing.

Typically, an order is processed in less than two days, sometimes within hours of receiving it.

International Orders.

Artifex is based in Italy. We serve customers from around the world. While inside the EU there are no customs charges, and goods travel freely, other countries actually apply such charges. Some countries also restrict the circulation of foreign books (!). Custom and/or related charges are not included and go to the recipients, where applicable.

Shipment expenses.

Italy: 3,50 euro per book.
European and Mediterranean countries: 8,00 euro per book.
Africa - Asia - America: 9,00 euro per book.
Australasia: 9,50 euro per book.

Please note: shipment is free whith purchases of more than 70,00 euros.
