This is the first book of the "ex libris" collection, directed by Ernesto Guffanti.

Gerard Gaudaen, very well-known Belgian artist, was Director of the National Higher Institute and Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. He was also founder of the Sint-Niklaas museum.
